Invitation to Leadership Roundtable on Regional Cybersecurity Policy in Asia Pacific
16 Oct 2026 Friday, 9-11am, Asia Square Tower 2 Level 10 (Singapore)

Dear ISOC SG members and friends,
Greetings from the Coalition for Cybersecurity in Asia Pacific (CCAPAC), the Access Partnership Institute, and Internet Society Singapore Chapter (ISOC SG)! We are pleased to invite you to CCAPAC’s annual Leadership Roundtable on Regional Cybersecurity Policy in Asia Pacific on 16 Oct 2026 from 9am-11am at our offices in Asia Square Tower 2 Level 10.
About the discussion: This Leadership Roundtable is a fringe event around the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW), and this year, we will be discussing the state of quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) across Asia Pacific markets. With quantum computers now allowing us to efficiently solve the mathematical problems that underpin today’s widely deployed asymmetric encryption, their misuse would threaten the confidentiality and authenticity of digital communications, financial transactions, and critical infrastructure.
This year’s discussion will review the state of quantum preparedness in selected Asia Pacific markets, and allow industry leaders and policymakers to share best practices and plans for migration approaches, and post-quantum security plans. The data from this session will come from CCAPAC’s Annual Report 2026 Quantum Readiness in Asia: Risks and Opportunities, covering Australia, China, India, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, which will be released during this session.
We would love to have you join us at this roundtable (brief programme below) – do let us know if you can make it by return email, and save the date for this event.
If you are not able to join us, please do let us know if you would like to nominate someone else to attend.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Warmest regards,
Lim May-Ann
Executive Director, Coalition for Cybersecurity in Asia Pacific, &
President, Internet Society Singapore Chapter (ISOC SG)
